Sunshine Artists, based in East Anglia was founded by Peter Oliver. He has over 20 years' experience in many forms of body art and handmade craft techniques of a high standard and with a lifetime's passion for art he has always had a flair and eye for detail.

His extensive training and experience has made him one of the fastest and highest quality hair wrappers in the UK. Peter's airbrush art has also grown over the years offering amazing colour and shade work. Ultra Violet airbrush tattoos have been a huge success for teen discos, clubs, themed events and festivals, along with the latest trend of glittery tattoos!

Peter's own methods and techniques perfected along with his encouraging nature has led to private tuition and teaching workshops within schools and community groups promoting educational creative learning and confidence building as well as providing professional hands on training and career opportunities throughout the UK.




In 2008, Make Up Artist Hayley Bird was encouraged by Peter to take up face painting. After a year, Hayley put her skills to practice at a local event and was a huge success. Since then, Peter has fully trained Hayley in hair wrapping and airbrush tattooing as well as advancing her skills in body art. Hayley now not only runs her own business, but is also a valuable member of the Sunshine Artists team as our head face painter!
